I spotted this arty remake in downtown Seoul. A new comment leaver, Jon, took a much better photo here. Made from car headlights apparently... Go figure!
I have to tell you that your photo is much more beautiful than Jon's one... The windows of the building let us believe it is a huge beehive and the sculpture is one as well
