What to Make of This?

I am not sure what to make of this. I heard about it the other day and just looked it up on the internet. Have my American readers heard of Mike the Headless Chicken?

    Mere words cannot begin to describe how sick and wrong this is. I have never heard of this which disappoints me since I love that wierd freaky stuff that you find on the side of the road. Bummer I missed out on this one. Thanks?!
