Arachnid It Ain't



Don't get scared now. A closeup photo of a little friend from Rarotonga. When I say little, I mean little when compared with a human. He was about the size of my hand, which is rather on the big side for someone of his species. Anyone know what it is?

    Without seeing what is behind the head section, it is hard to make out what it is. Best guess is that a BIG beetle is usually a weevil?
