I love Dragonflies. We don't have many here though. Korea, on the other hand, has too many to count! Must be dragonfly heaven. Do they like Kimchi perhaps?

Speaking of kimchi in Minnesota - I made some for a grad class a few years ago. It was OK, but I'm sure not up to SN's standards. Not bad at all for a white girl from rural Kansas transplanted to Minnesota though.

You can get kimchi in Minnesota, at upper class supermarkets, and Asian grocery stores.

We get lots of dragonflies in the summer in Texas.
