It's an acquired taste, but I am a fan. I love the taste, earthy and good. It is said (not by me) that Ginseng is good for you. You want to know why? It's because Ginseng can look like a human, with arms and legs and all. Apparently that means it will give you strength. Apparently. I just like it in my tea!

I like gingeng too. As a memory, I presume. My mother when she was young used to cook them with sugar. It was delicious sweets not sweet at all. Now I can buy them, they have not the sale taste.

I'm not a fan of ginseng and stuff. I don't agree with it...or rather it doesn't agree with me. It's weird, I know.
But, the picture is interesting. I've never known what ginseng looks like. Hmmm.
