DMZ

A trip to the DMZ in Korea last year netted this video. It's an amazing place, 1 million North Korean soldiers on one side and facing them 350 000 South Korean and American troops. It's eerie too... The last bastion of the Cold War.

San Nakji for President!

Wow...I've never seen anything from Korea. That was fascinating.

The guy in the brown uniform up at the doorway of the building...is he North Korean??

They allow you to take a camcorder there?

Thanks. I wish I had visited the DMZ when I visited there.

@ori yes, he's a North Korean. Complete with binoculars to spy on us :)

@david they have really relaxed the rules recently. You can pretty much do whatever you want. (within reason...)

That's a nice video. I like the sound (maybe because I'm accustomed with that kind of music)
though, i would like once to hear YOUR voice...

Makes me remember Berlin and the wall
I hope one day North and south Korea will be a great re-unified country

San Nakji, to eerie. I thought that before actually reading your words. You said exactly what I was thinking.
