Feijoa
It is almost Feijoa season here in Aotearoa. It is by far my favourite time of year as I just love Feijoas so. What are Feijoas? Well, click here for a quick overview, I will wait...
For some reason, even though Feijoas are from South America, they have become the national fruit of New Zealand. You can find them in jam, pies, ice cream and sofr drink, even wine! The best thing about Feijoas is that pretty much everyone knows someone who has a bunch of tree in their back yard and will give you all the free fruit you can eat!
Move over Kiwi Fruit, we need you not. Our nation has the Feijoa and we love it!
San Nakji for President!

I think I prefer the Kiwi fruit.
I want to try one!
Hmmm, I never heard of these. I don't think we can get them here in the States. They look interesting though, but knowing me, I'd be allergic to them.
