*Sigh*

As the song goes, "Another One Bites the Dust". Richard Pryor dead at 65. I am sure I have said this before, but this is a bad year for the comedians I love. I loved Richard most when he teamed up with Gene Wilder, they were quite a team. I was also a big fan of the movie, The Toy. Of course his stand-up was always great if you could handle the "colourful" language!

I will miss you Richard...

San Nakji for President!

Man, I'm sorry. You seem to be having quite a few problems with famous people that you like.

Yes, sad news; I first saw Prior in the film "Wattstax" made just after the LA Riots. One of the funniest men on the planet - but we laughed because we just knew he was telling the truth.

By the way, this weekend is also the 37th anniversary of the death of Otis Redding and The Barkays in a plane crash - and I would like to remember them as well as John Lennon.

Richard Pryor was an awesome and funny man. He broke all kinds of barriers with his comedy. hehehe

Although his death is a tragedy, in a way, it is a blessing. He was really suffering. He is now in a better place with no pain or suffering and I betcha he's making God and the angels laugh hysterically!

May God be with his family at this time.
