No, no recipes. I don't know, do you cook 'em like regular eggs? I know that's kinda the same for ostrich eggs. But they are tough to break.

i have 3 geese and i've eaten more than 50 to 60 eggs. cook them just like the chicken's eggs. my favorite... feta cheese (greek), sausages with 3 eggs for 2 persons.. 1 goose egg= 2.5 chicken eggs!!!
